In natural glow, we prioritize our customers' comfort, and we always work to ensure their complete satisfaction with our products and services. Therefore, we have designed a flexible return and exchange policy that gives you confidence and reassurance when purchasing:
For your safety and health, products cannot be returned or exchanged for health reasons, except for products that arrive damaged only.
The customer has the right to request a return or exchange of the product within 7 days from the date of receipt if it arrives damaged or defective.
The product must be in its original condition, unused, to ensure the safety of customers. Products that have been opened or used cannot be returned or exchanged, especially herbal products and natural oils that cannot be resold after opening.
If the reason for the return or exchange is due to our mistake (such as sending the wrong product or a manufacturing defect), we bear all shipping and return costs.
In case the shipment is not received or followed up, and the product is returned to us by the shipping company, the customer bears the delivery costs to resend the order to them again, and the product value cannot be refunded.
